Our transmitters are incredibly easy to use!
The number displayed is your fence's power level. If this display is blinking, it indicates a problem with your fence - either a power surge or a wire break. In either event, the transmitter will emit an audible beep. In the event of a wire break, the transmitter will emit a continuous beeping tone. In the event of a power surge, the transmitter will emit a series of short beeps.
To power your transmitter on, press the "up" arrow button. There is no need to reset upon repowering.
To power your transmitter off, press the "up" arrow button and the "down" arrow button at the same time. Remember, if your transmitter is powered down, your pet's collar cannot receive a signal or be activated.
To adjust the signal field width use the "up" arrow button. This will increase the width while the "down" arrow button will decrease it.
If you are adjusting the signal width, please let us know so we can advise the process. If you have any question about our transmitters, feel free to contact us!
